About the project
This projected was to create a new admin building, which also included 2 operating theatres and consulting rooms. This 4 bay modular building, measuring 12,000 x 8,000, was clad in Hardie board, and included graphite colour windows, fitted with high security steel doors and frames. The building also came with climate control units, emergency lighting, fire alarm system, all LED energy saving lighting, plus an A rated water system. Both operating rooms are fitted with hygiene and bacteria proof walls, floors and ceiling panelling.
We needed to find a reliable company who produced first class modular buildings in a timely fashion. WE were in desperate need of new buildings as ours were falling to bits. We tried to research the task in a educated manor and got in touch with many companies and visited some. We at last found Nationwide Modular Construction Ltd and having been provided with updates on the build, pictures and dates to install were very impressed with the company. However once they came with the product we were not just impressed but also delighted with their service. The installers who included the owner and boss of the company were very easy to have around, agreeable polite and efficient, and worked so hard, and the building is wonderful, we are all so proud of it and cannot wait to move the office staff and vet into it.
