Nationwide Modular Construction has recently completed this 5 bay steel framed modular building measuring 9,600 x 15,000 for Carmet Marine Services Ltd in Ellesmere Port, to use as their head office.
The build comprises of;
- Directors office
- Meeting room
- Kitchen
- Store room
- Server room
- Ladies and gents toilets
- A large open plan ops area
- Lighting is all LED
- Climate control units throughout
- IT system is fully fitted within the dado trunking
- Exterior is plasticoated steel
- All internal doors are 1/2 hour fire rated
- Internal is plasterboard lined with fireline plasterboard and overlaid with vinyl faced plasterboard to achieve a 1 hour fire rating
- Windows and doors are upvc to achieve a Maintenance free external finish
